昌达制氧设计制造的全液体空分装置可同时生产液氧、液氮、液氩产品，根据装置能力大小不同，有多种流程组织形式及设备配置方案。小装置的循环氮压机采用活塞式，能耗大约在 1.4kW・h/kg LO；大装置的循环氮压机采用离心式，能耗在 1.1kW・h/kg LO。以上能耗为额定设计工况参考指标，实际运行能耗随工况条件变化。
Liquid air separation plants designed and manufactured by KFAIR can simultaneously produce liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen and liquid argon. Multiple process configurations and equipment schemes are available according to different plant capacities. Small-scale plants adopt piston circulating nitrogen compressors with a power consumption of approximately 1.4kW·h/kg LO; large-scale plants are equipped with centrifugal circulating nitrogen compressors, with power consumption of 1.1kW·h/kg LO under design conditions.
