液氧、液氮设备 Liquid Oxygen,Nitrogen Equipment
昌达制氧设计制造的液氧、液氮设备可将空分装置生产的富余氧气及氮气液化为液氧及液氮。目前常用的规格有 100–5000KG/h 液氧、液氮设备。根据空分装置富余氧气或氮气的压力不同流程组织上区别较大。液化氧气量 1000Nm³/h 以下采用活塞式循环氮气压缩机，液化氧气量 1000Nm³/h 以上采用离心式循环氮气压缩机。液化设备的能耗根据氧气或氮气产品的压力确定。
The liquid oxygen and nitrogen equipment designed and manufactured by Changda Oxygen Generation can liquefy redundant oxygen and nitrogen from air separation units into liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen.
Common specifications cover 100–5000 kg/h. The process configuration varies depending on the pressure of redundant oxygen and nitrogen from the air separation unit.
For liquefaction capacity below 1000Nm³/h, piston circulating nitrogen compressors are adopted; for capacity above 1000Nm³/h, centrifugal circulating nitrogen compressors are applied.
The energy consumption of liquefaction equipment depends on the pressure of oxygen or nitrogen products.
